• Delivery time: Usually 5–7 business days
• Shipping rate is free during Launching Sale
• Free shipping on all orders over $100

We ship all across Australia and process orders within 1-2 business days. As soon as your order is on the move, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

😊 Refunds & Returns

We’re all about quality and comfort—and we want you to be 100% happy with your order. If something arrives and it’s not quite right (like if it’s damaged or faulty), we’ll gladly sort it out.

Here’s how it works:

• We only offer refunds for items that are faulty or defective
• Just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order

What to do:

1. Send us a quick email with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo.
2. We’ll get back to you quickly with return instructions.
3. Once we receive your item and check it over, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method.

A couple of notes:

• Customers cover the return shipping cost
• Items need to be unused and in their original packaging

❌ Change of Mind?

We get it—shopping online can be tricky! But unfortunately, we’re not able to accept returns for change of mind or items that aren’t faulty.
