- We only offer refunds for items that are faulty or defective
- Just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order
What to do:
- Send us a quick email with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo.
- We’ll get back to you quickly with return instructions.
- Once we receive your item and check it over, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method.
A couple of notes:
- Customers cover the return shipping cost
- Items need to be unused and in their original packaging
