  • We only offer refunds for items that are faulty or defective
  • Just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order

What to do:

  1. Send us a quick email with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo.
  2. We’ll get back to you quickly with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive your item and check it over, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method.

A couple of notes:

  • Customers cover the return shipping cost
  • Items need to be unused and in their original packaging
